摘  要:引信性能测试是评定引信质量的有效途径,也是决策弹药后续处理的关键环节。为准确动态模拟弹药发射时引信所受到的离心力与目标作用双环境力场,以当前列装引信为测试对象,基于整体检测、动态仿真测试理念,应用模块化、集成化设计方法,开发了引信旋转-传火综合测试系统,构建了系统总体结构,并对系统工作机制进行详细设计,对引信检测系统研制以及综合性能测试方法研究具有一定的参考价值。Fuze performance test is an effective way to evaluate its quality, and is also the key link of the follow- up processing of the decision ammunition. In order to accurately and dynamically simulate double environment force fieht of centrifugal force and the target effect with the fuze at the time of ammunition launch, in the current column installed fuze as the test ohjeet, based on overall detection, and dynamic simulation testing philosophy, fuze rotation-fire integrated test system is developed, the overall structure of the system is constructed by using modular and integrated design method, the working mechanism of the system are and designed in detailed. It has a certain reference value of detection system development and the research of integrated test method of the fuze.
