摘 要:在玻璃生产过程中,如何有效的监控炉温、判断并调控玻璃窑炉运行状态是玻璃连续加工中需要解决的主要问题。本文构建了基于Labview的多通道玻璃窑炉温控系统,并结合玻璃生产工艺及玻璃窑炉现状,重点研究了由于突然断电而造成的玻璃加热或保温过程的中断及如何有效的实时报警等问题。该系统在某型玻璃炉上进行温控测试,测试结果表明该系统测温精度高(波动<1℃),能够有效解决由断电而引起的玻璃生产中断问题。In the glass production process, how to monitor the change of temperature effectively and judge and control the running state of furnace accurately become the main questions need to be solved. In this paper, a multi-channel temperature monitoring system of glass furnace based on Labview is established to research the restarting of furnace when the power is cut off occasional, and to research the utilization of E-mail alarming. This system is tested in a type of furnace, and the testing result proves this temperature monitoring system is with problem of glass manufacturing process. high accuracy and has capability to solve the discontinuity
