摘　　要：将电子齿轮计数应用在筐篮式合绳机上,采用SIEMENS S7-300系列PLC作为主控制器、西门子Master 70系列变频器及伺服系统作为驱动,取消了原有的靠地轴传动靠变速箱档位设置捻距捻向等复杂机构。保证了设备生产出来的产品捻距更加精确,降低了设备生产及维护成本,增加了设备使用寿命。The application of electronic gear counting in the basket type synthetic rope machine by Siemens S7-300 series PLC as the main controller, Siemens master 70 series inverter and servo system as the drive. Cancel the complex mechanism that the original on axis transmission sets twist from twist. It can ensures that the product is more precise, reduces the production and maintenance costs, and increases the service life of the equipment.
