摘 要:随着工业自动化程度的不断提高,变频器稳定可靠的运行性能对整个系统的安全有着至关重要的作用,已成为现代电力传动技术领域的核心设备之一。由于设计制造、工艺、维护水平、操作不当等人为因素,变频器短路故障时有发生,很大程度上影响了电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对以上问题,本文通过双PNP稳压管BC857BS,处理电流流过金属板电阻产生的电压,放大后送入主控制板的芯片,进行模拟量的采集比较的方法 ,来解决变频器出口短路的问题,不断提高设备的使用寿命和电网的安全稳定运行。用实验结果来证明一种变频器短路保护电路设计的正确性和可靠性。With the continuous improvement of industrial automation, stable and reliable operating performance critical to the security of the entire system has a role, it has become one of the core equipment of modem power transmission technology. Due to the design and manufacture, process, maintain the level of human factors such as improper operation, when the shortcircuit fault is occurred, largely affecting the security of the power system stable operation. To solve the above problems, this paper through the dual PNP regulator BC857BS, handles current to flow through the metal plate resistor produces a voltage amplification chip sends to the control panel, performs analog acquisition comparative method to solve the shortcircuit of the inverter outlet problem, continuously improves equipment life and security and stable operation of the power grid. Experimental results prove that the short-circuit protection circuit design is accuracy and reliability.
