摘  要:实验室通过对自制复合交联剂FP配方优化调整,实现了聚合物凝胶体系成胶速度的有效控制,通过对聚合物及交联剂质量分数的调整实现体系成胶强度的有效控制,同时考察影响聚合物凝胶体系成胶的因素。结果表明,温度对体系成胶速度影响明显,聚合物相对分子质量对体系成胶速度及成胶强度影响不明显;体系在岩心连续剪切条件下可顺利成胶。非均质模型驱油试验表明,该体系对非均质岩心吸水能力具有优良调整能力,可大幅提高低渗模型中原油动用率,采出液含水率由95%降至20%以下,较水驱提高采收率近30%。Effective control of both the gelling rate and the gelling strength of polymer gel system was realized by optimizing and adjusting the formulation of a self-prepared Multiple Crosslinker FP and by adjusting the mass fractions of polymer and crosslinker respectively,and the factors affecting the gelling of polymer gel system were studied in laboratory. The results of study have shown that the temperature has significant effect on the gelling rate,the relative molecular mass of polymer has no significant effect on the the gelling rate and the gelling strength,and the gelling of system can be realized successfully in the core at continuous shear conditions. Heterogeneous model oil flooding tests have shown that this system is good in adjusting the water absorbing capacity of heterogeneous core and can increase the crude oil producing rate dramatically in low permeability oil reservoir model,leading to the drop of the water percentage of produced liquid from 95% to below 20% and the increase of recovery efficiency of nearly 30% compared to the recovery efficiency when a water flooding system is used.
