摘　　要：探讨在全面实施两孩政策背景下,面对由于分娩人数和妊娠合并症的增加导致的护理人力资源不足,护理风险加剧等问题,产科护理管理者采取加强沟通、加强培训以及加强监管等应对措施来提高产科护理质量,保障母婴安全。Under the two-children policy, the number of delivery and pregnancy complications will increase, which will lead to the shortage of nursing human resources and the increased risks of nursing work.In order to improve the quality of care and ensure patient safety, nursing managers took some countermeasures, such as enhance communications, strengthen training and supervision.
