摘　　要：通过近年各省市政府的大力推动,随着新农合、居民健康档案、电子病历等新型医疗信息化系统的建设,医疗信息化业务系统已覆盖到各区县的卫生局、医院、社区服务中心及村卫生室三级医疗卫生服务网络,随着业务系统的推广、受众群体的扩张,整个业务系统的安全保障显得更加重要。本文研究了目前医疗全网信息化时代下运维管理体系的建设背景、发展状况、体系架构、核心设计理念,描述了构建医院运维管理体系的相关架构及技术。Through in recent years, the provincial and municipal governments to vigorously promote, along with the construction of the NCMS, residents health records and electronic medical records of new medical information system, business of medical information system has covered the three-tier network of health services and the County Health Bureau, hospitals, community service center and village health room, with the expansion of the business system of promotion, the audience group, the security becomes more and more important. In this paper, we study the medical network in the information age, operation and maintenance management system of construction background, development status, the architecture and core design philosophy, describes the construction of hospital operation and maintenance management system architecture and technology.
