摘　　要：本文主要介绍了通过区域智慧医疗云平台的建设,打造医患互动-医医互动-医管互动等多部门的,集线上线下一体化的健康服务新业务模式;实现医疗系统的互联互通,医疗数据在区域医疗网络中的资源共享;合理分配和利用区域医疗服务资源,健全医疗监督机制;简化患者就医流程,建立以患者为中心的"智慧医疗"新体系,使患者真正享受安全、便利、优质的诊疗服务,全面提升居民就医体验及健康水平。This Paper introduces a kind of regional wise medical cloud platform that can promote the interaction between doctor - patient, medical institution - medical institution, medical institution - administrative department, and establish a new model of online to offline health service. This model can realize the connectivity among different medical information systems, so medical data and other medical resource can be shared in regional medical network, the administrative department also can supervise the use of medical resources through the platform; this model also can simplify the medical procedures, and construct a ＂patient-oriented＂ service system improving residents＇ medical experience, make the patients enjoy a safe, convenient and high-quality medical environment.
