摘 要:经验公式法确定管径差别大,精度不高.经济直径法受电站负荷特性、钢管设计制造与运输安装等技术及经济影响较大,所得管径也只能参考.二元线性回归法则能克服经验公式和经济直径两种方法的不足,首先建立压力钢管直径与额定引用流量、设计水头之间的非线性关系,再取对数使之线性化,最后利用二元线性回归逼近拟合,将管径与流量、水头之间的离散型数据点连续化,使得回归拟合的连续函数逼近离散点,从而确定压力管道直径.从对国内外82座水电站的相关参数分析成果来看,采用二元线性回归分析确定管径的标准差小,相对误差小,相关系数大,与常用的彭德舒经验公式确定的管径相比,成果误差较小,计算精度较高.采用经验公式法、经济直径法与二元线性回归法分别对高关压力钢管直径进行复核,研究表明二元线性回归法合理可行,可推广应用.The difference of penstock diameters determined by empirical formulas is large and the accuracy is not high. The result of diameters can only be for references because the optimal diameter method is greater in- fluenced by the load characteristics of the power plant and the penstock design, manufacture, transportation and installation. The principle of binary linear regression analysis can overcome the shortcomings of the a- bove-mentioned both methods. Firstly, the nonlinear relationships of the penstock diameters are established with the rated flow and design water head by use of the principle. And then, the relationships are converted to linear by taking the logarithm. Finally, the discrete data points among the diameter and flow and head are become continuous by the principle; and the continuous functions are approximated the discrete point. The analytical results of the relevant parameters of the selected 82 hydropower stations at home and abroad, the standard difference of penstock diameter by the recommended formula is smaller; the relative error is also smaller; the correlation coefficient is larger. This recommended formula used for determination of penstock diameter, it has smaller error and higher accuracy than Peng Deschutes's formula. The penstock diameter of Gaoguan Hydropower Station is made reviews using the empirical formula, the optimal diameter method and the principle of binary linear regression analysis. The study results show that the principle of binary linear regression is reasonable and feasible, it can be widely applied.
