摘 要:为了提高硬质合金辊环轧制焊丝钢的使用寿命,本文针对硬质合金辊环轧制焊丝钢的失效形式,采用了4组不同孔型参数、不同精度形位公差的硬质合金辊环进行轧制实验研究。采用自制槽深测量仪检测轧槽的磨损深度。对比分析了硬质合金辊环单槽轧制量与孔型参数、形位公差的关系。研究表明:通过调整成品前机架K2架次硬质合金辊环孔型的参数,改变进入成品机架K1架次轧件的形状,可以大幅减少成品机架K1架次硬质合金辊环轧槽磨损不均匀程度,延长其轧槽使用寿命。进一步提高硬质合金辊环的孔型形位公差精度,可以提高单槽轧制量。Aiming at the failure forms of cemented carbide roll for rolling welding wire steel, four types of cemented carbide rolls with different groove parameters and geometric tolerances were studied in order to improve their service lifes.The abrasion depth of the roll groove was gauged by homemade gauge to detect its depth. By comparing method, the relationship between the outputs of one roll groove and the groove parameters and geometric tolerances was researched. The results show that the degree of roll groove uneven abrasion will be reduced in finishing stand K1 substantially by adjusting the parameters of the roll groove in before finishing stand K2,which means changing the shape of the rolled piece that gets into finishing stand K1. So the service life of cemented carbide roll will be improved. Furthermore, it can also reach much more outputs in one roll groove of the cemented carbide roll by improving its tolerance.
