肛门皮下组织美兰注射神经阻滞联合中药坐浴对肛周湿疹局部瘙痒的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肛门皮下组织美兰注射神经阻滞联合中药坐浴治疗对肛周湿疹局部瘙痒的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年11月至2015年11月所收治100例肛周湿疹局部瘙痒患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例)。观察组罗哌卡因注射液、曲安奈徳注射液、亚甲蓝和氯化钠注射液混合注射并进行中药坐浴,对照组定时对肛周进行清理并涂抹丁酸氢化可的松软膏进行治疗,对两组临床疗效和复发率进行比较。结果观察组有效率为92.00%,对照组患者的有效率为76.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组患者的复发率为4.00%,对照组患者的复发率为24.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论肛门皮下组织美兰注射神经阻滞联合中药坐浴的方法与常规方法对比,具有总体有效率高、复发率低的优势,且方法简便,值得在临床工作中推广。Objective To explore the anus subcutaneous injection of methylene blue block combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath therapy on the clinical effects of local itching perianal eczema. Methods In our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015, 100 cases of anal eczema were analyzed, according to the treatment methods were divided into observation group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）. Observe group ropivacaine injection, song Annai DS injection, sub a blue and chloride sodium injection mixed injection and traditional Chinese medicine bath, the control group of timing of perianal cleaned and smear hydrocortisone butyrate ointment, on clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared. Results In the observation group efficiency92.00% control group, the efficiency was 76.00%, significance statistically difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; observation group of patients with recurrence rate 4.00%, control group of patients with recurrence rate was 24.00%, the difference between the two groups were statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Subcutaneous tissue of hepatic portal injection of methylene blue block combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath method compared with the conventional method, with total effective rate is high, low recurrence rate advantages. The method is simple, it is worth popularization in clinical work.
