复方亚甲蓝局部浸润麻醉在混合痔术后肛门疼痛中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察复方亚甲蓝局部浸润麻醉在混合痔术后肛门疼痛中的临床应用效果。方法共选取混合痔患者214例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组术后采用复方亚甲蓝(亚甲蓝+罗哌卡因+曲安奈德)局部浸润麻醉,对照组则仅采用普通亚甲蓝麻醉,对比两组患者术后肛门疼痛情况。结果观察组患者治疗的有效率(83.2%)显著高于对照组(67.3%),观察组术后各个时间段疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方亚甲蓝浸润麻醉能够有效缓解混合痔患者术后的肛门疼痛程度,且效果明显优于单纯的局部亚甲蓝麻醉,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of compound methylene blue local infiltration anesthesia on postoperative anal pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 214 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were treated with compound methylene blue local infiltration anesthesia, while the patients in control group was treated with general anesthesia The postoperative anal pain of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group（83.2%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（67.3%）, and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between groups, P〈0.05, which indicated that compound methylene blue did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Compound methylene blue infiltration anesthesia can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients, and the effect is better than the simple local methylene blue anesthesia, it is worth in clinical application.
