摘  要:目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定抗病毒口服液中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、铬、镍、铝、镁9种元素含量的方法并对其进行质量评价。方法 样品经微波消解系统消解完全后,采用ICP-MS进行含量测定,对9种元素的量进行控制。结果 测定5个不同厂家的7批抗病毒口服液,所测元素线性关系良好(r〉0.9992),加样回收率在90.0~105.9%之间,检出限0.006~0.105ng·m L-1;精密度RSD为1.5%~3.0%。结论 抗病毒口服液中砷镁铝含量较高,需要生产厂家在购进原料及生产过程中予以足够重视。OBJECTIVE To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu, Cr, Ni, Al and Mg in Kangbingdu oral liquid and evalute it on quality. METHODS The samples were digested by microwave digestion system fully and detected by ICP-MS. RESULTS By testing the samples of seven batches from five different manufactures, the results showed the determined method has good linear relationship ( correlation 〉 0. 9992). The sample average recovery was 90. 0 - 105.9%. The detection limits of the method were 0. 006 -0. 105ng . mL-1. The RSDs of introduction precision were 1.5% - 3.0%. CONCLUSION The contents of arsenic, magnersium, almihum in Kangbingdu oral liquid was so high that manufacturers need to pay more attention in the process of purchasing raw materials and production.
