摘　　要：目的建立测定自制止痒液中醋酸地塞米松、盐酸苯海拉明和甘草次酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法以XDB-CN为填充柱,甲醇-1%三乙胺(冰醋酸调p H值6.5)(49.5∶50.5)为流动相,检测波长240nm,流速1m L·min^(-1),柱温为30℃。结果醋酸地塞米松在0.756~25.2μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9999)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.15%,RSD为0.76%;盐酸苯海拉明在60.27~2009μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9999)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.61%,RSD为0.61%;甘草次酸在6.03~201μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9999)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.92%RSD为1.23%。结论该方法可同时测定自制止痒液中醋酸地塞米松、盐酸苯海拉明和甘草次酸的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for content determination of dexamethone acetate, diphenhydra- mine hydrochloride and enoxolone in homemade anti-itching solution by HPLC. METHODS HPLC analysis was carried out with XDB-CN column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% triethylamine （ the pH was adjusted to 6.5 with glacial acetic acid） （49.5： 50. 5 ） , the detection wavelength was 240nm, the flow rate was 1 mL . min - 1 and the column temperature was 30℃ RESULTS The linear range of dexamethone acetate was 0. 756 - 25.2μg . mL-1（ r = 0. 9999 ）, and the average recovery was 96. 15% （RSD = 0. 76% ）. The linear range of diphenhydramine hydrochloride was 60. 27 - 2009μg . mL-1 （r =0. 9999） ,and the average recovery was 101.61% （ RSD =0. 61% ） The linear range of enoxolone was 6. 03 - 201 1μg . mL- 1 （ r = 0. 9999 ）, and the average recovery was 96. 92% （ RSD = 1.23% ）. CONCLUSION This method was accurate for simultaneous determination of dexamethone acetate,diphenhydramine hydrochloride and enoxolone in homemade anti-itching solution.
