转化医学理念融入医学细胞生物学教学的探索

摘　　要：医学细胞生物学不仅阐述细胞的生命活动规律,还是一门涉及分子、细胞与疾病关系的基础医学课。针对医学生日后以从事临床相关工作为主的特点,在教学设计和课堂教学实践中,积极探索将转化医学理念融入医学细胞生物学教学。通过基于疾病的问题式教学法引出教学内容;结合教学重点,穿插最新疾病相关科研进展;实验课素材选取生理和病理情况下的组织或细胞;讨论课选题紧扣疾病机制等方法,力求推进医学细胞生物学的教学改革,激发学生的学习兴趣,用细胞生物学的基本理论去理解和解释疾病的发病机理和治疗策略。Medical cell biology is a basic medical course which elaborates on the laws of cell activity,and it is also relevant to the molecular and cellular mechanism of various diseases. In view of medical students＇ clinical work afterwards,it is worthwhile to integrate the concept of translational medicine into medical cell biology teaching and elucidate the pathogenesis and treatment strategy of various diseases using the basic theory of cell biology by the means of raising disease-based questions,introducing the latest disease-related research progress combined with teaching key points,using physiological and pathological tissues or cells as experimental materials,and choosing topics for discussion closely related to the mechanism of diseases,so as to promote the reform of cell biology teaching.
