摘  要:通过引入纳米二氧化硅及具有低熔点、高溶解度的亲水单体二羟甲基丁酸,采用预聚物分散工艺,制得高性能纳米二氧化硅改性水性聚氨酯分散体,并与水性丙烯酸分散体复配,制得高硬度、低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量和漆膜综合性能良好的水性汽车涂料。讨论了影响涂料性能的诸种因素。A high performance nanosilicon dioxide modified waterborne polyurethane dispersion was prepared by the introduction of nanosilicon dioxide, as well as the hydrophilic monomer dimethylol butanoic acid with low melting point and high solubility, and the prepolymer dispersion process. The waterborne automotive coatings with the high hardness, low VOC content and good film comprehensive properties was prepared by the combination of waterborne polyurethane dispersion and waterborne acrylic dispersion. The various factors affecting the performance of coatings were discussed.
