摘 要:通过处理丹江口水库源水的小试及中试探讨了超滤膜在组合工艺中的"角色"和实现"零污染"的可能性。对于城市净水厂而言,超滤膜在组合工艺中应该有适当的处理负荷,同时运用有效的前处理或过滤过程中膜污染控制手段,保证其既能发挥控制颗粒物、微生物等污染物的作用,同时又能达到简化膜系统运行维护条件,从而保证产水量并降低运行成本的目的。Laboratory and pilot-scale experiments on treatment of source water from the Danjiangkou Reservoir were conducted to investigate the character of ultrafiltration membrane in the combined process and the possibility of achieving zero pollution. The uhrafiltration membrane should have proper treatment load in the combined process for urban waterworks. The effective pre-treatment or measures for controlling membrane fouling during filtration can ensure the role of uhrafiltration membrane in controlling particulate matter and other pollutants such as microorganisms. Meanwhile, there are other benefits that can be obtained, such as simplifying the operation conditions of the membrane, ensuring the water production and reducing the operation cost.
