摘 要:采用厌氧颗粒污泥(AnGS)对17β-雌二醇(E2)进行吸附试验,考察了E2初始浓度、AnGS的用量、温度、pH值和离子强度对吸附过程的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析了吸附前后AnGS的表观变化。结果表明:前20min为快速吸附过程,在30min左右达到动态吸附平衡;吸附容量随着E2初始浓度的增加而增大,但随AnGS的增多而减少。低温、低pH值条件有利于AnGS对E2的吸附;离子强度在0~0.025mol/L时有利于吸附,而在0.025~0.125mol/L时不利于吸附。吸附E2后AnGS的外表面和内部的孔隙均变小,且外表面结构比内部更加紧密,表明对E2的吸附主要发生在AnGS的外表面。Anaerobic granular sludge (AnGS) was used to investigate the influence of initial E2 concentration, AnGS dosage, temperature, pH and ionic strength on the adsorption process of 17 beta-estradiol (E2). The apparent changes of AnGS before and after adsorption were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the first 20 min was in the fast adsorption stage, and the dynamic adsorption equilibrium was reached at around 30 min. The adsorption capacity was increased with the increase of the initial E2 concentration, but was decreased with the increase of AnGS dosage. Low temperature and low pH were favorable for the adsorption of E2 by AnGS. The ionic strength of 0 to 0. 025 mol/L was favorable for the adsorption, but the ionic strength of 0. 025 to 0. 125 mol/L was not. Both outer surface and inner pores of AnGS after adsorption of E2 became smaller, and the structure of outer surface was more compact than that of the inner, which indicated that the adsorption of E2 occurred mainly on the outer surface of AnGS.
