摘　　要：高校可以充分利用当前支持"大众创业、万众创新"的政策生态环境,学习国外大学生创新与创业教育成功模式和借鉴国内创新与创业教育先进经验,抓住创新与创业教育改革发展的战略机遇,破解当前大学生创新与创业教育所面临的困境,探索建构适合我国大学生的创新与创业教育模式,是当前我国深化高校创新与创业教育改革的当务之急,也是必由之路。In the time of supporting the massive entrepreneurship and innovation by all,universities which should learn successful college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship educational models from abroad and study the advanced experience of domestic models ,can adequately take advantage of the current policy environment. Meanwhile,universities should seize the strategic opportunity on the reform and development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and break the current dilemma which the innovation and entrepreneurship education has been faced.All in all,exploring the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education model for our students is the current way for deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,which is the only way and must be coming to priority.
