摘 要:以某城镇污水处理厂的沉砂池出水为原水,采用以A^2O/MBR为主体的工艺进行现场中试,考察该组合工艺的处理效果及稳定性,以期为该污水处理厂的提标改造和二期建设提供技术支撑。结果表明,当进水COD、NH_3-N、TN、TP分别为(186.2~293.4)、(13.1~28.7)、(17.51~38.17)、(0.62~4.96)mg/L时,该组合工艺出水COD、NH_3-N、TN浓度能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,通过在MBR池投加聚合氯化铝,出水TP浓度也可稳定达标。A^2O/MBR工艺最终被用于该污水处理厂的扩容及提标改造工程中。The pilot-scale A2O/MBR process was used to treat the effluent from grit chamber of a municipal sewage treatment plant, and the treatment efficiency and stability of the combined process were investigated to provide technical support for upgrading the sewage treatment plant and construction of the second-phase project. The results showed that when the influent concentrations of COD, NH3 - N, TN and TP were 186.2 to 293.4 mg/L, 13.1 to 28.7 mg/L, 17.51 to 38.17 mg/L and 0.62 to 4.96 mg/ L, respectively, the effluent concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and TN could meet the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002). TP in the effluent meeting the discharge standard could be achieved by adding PAC into the MBR tank. The A2O/MBR process was applied to the upgrading of the sewage treatment plant and construction of the second-phase project.
