摘 要:青草沙水库和陈行水库两者取水口都取自于长江水,但两者水库类型不同。该文研究了两者取水口浮游藻类群落结构变化情况,进行了一系列的显微镜镜检。结果表明,采样期间,青草沙取水口浮游藻类藻种数为188种,陈行水库取水口浮游藻类藻种数为134种,两者夏季优势藻种均为蓝藻门藻种。两取水口浮游藻类生物密度基本一致,分别为1.13×105cells/L和1.37×10scells/L。经过研究发现两者水库类型虽不同,但取水口浮游藻类群落结构变化基本一致,藻种略有不同。QingcaoshaReservoir water intake and ChenhangReservoir water intake are both from Yangtze River, while thereservoir' s type is different.This article studies the structure change of phytoplankton communityin the two water intakes, makes a series of mi- croscopic examination. Results show that 188 species of planktonic algae in QingcaoshaReservoir water intake and 134 species of planktonic algae in ChenhangReservoir water intakeare detectedduring the sampling period. The dominant species in summer are the species of cyanobacteria. The density of planktonic algae is basically the same in the two water intakes, 1.13×105 cells/L and 1.37×105 cells/L respectively. The study finds that while the reservoir's type is different,community structure of phytoplankton is basical- lythe same and the species is a little different.
