摘  要:该文对反渗透膜处理印染废水中水回用中膜污染后的垢质进行了深入的研究,特别是垢质中微生物茵群结构以及不同污染指标之间的关系。在此基础上,对多款新型药剂进行了实验室静态和动态试验,检验筛选得到药剂的效果。望本试验能够为新型药剂的研发提供理论支撑,并为实际印染废水中水回用提供有效技术。反渗透膜处理印染废水中水回用中膜污染存在无机、有机和微生物污染,且这几种污染复合存在。膜污染的主要表现形式随微生物污染的变化而变化,膜的无机污染和微生物污染在膜的进水端和出水端体现出动态的变化。中试试验表明,根据膜污染机理筛选出的丰信公司阻垢剂和杀菌剂的复合使用对印染废水处理有良好的效果。This paper introduces reverse osmosis membrane pollution in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater reuse after in-depth research, especially the scale and quality of microbial flora and the relationships between different pollution indicators. Based on this, many laboratory static and dynamic experiments with new agents are conducted, to examine the effects of screening for potions, which can provide theoretical support for new drug research and development, and provide effective technology for the actual printing and dyeing waste water reuse. Reverse osmosis membrane pollution in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater reuse are inorganic, organic, and microbial contamination, usually in the form of complexes. The major form of membrane fouling changes with the microbial contamination, while the membrane inorganic pollution and mierobial contamination are dynamic in the membrane inlet and outlet ends. Pilot experiments show that according to the mechanism of membrane fouling, inhibitors and fungicide compos- ite used for dyeing and printing wastewater treatment has a good effect.
