环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂对胃肠作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂对胃黏膜保护作用及对胃肠运动功能促进作用。方法利用小鼠实验模型对小鼠乙醇胃溃疡的治疗保护作用,对乙醇胃溃疡小鼠胃组织SOD、MDA的影响,对小鼠小肠推进功能的影响进行研究。结果环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂对小鼠乙醇胃溃疡具有治疗保护作用,并能极显著促进小肠推进。结论环翠楼高丽红参复方制剂对胃黏膜具有保护作用并对胃肠运动功能具有促进作用。Objective Studies on gastric mucosa protection and promoting effect on gastrointestinal motor function from The Huancuilou Korea Red Ginseng compound preparations.methods on the treatment and protective effect of ethanol gastric ulcer by Using mice model.
