摘　　要：综述近年来人参多糖药理作用及临床应用研究进展,以期为人参多糖的科学研究与高效利用提供一定的指导和参考。其药理作用主要包括抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗辐射和降血糖等;临床可用于肿瘤、糖尿病、病毒性肝炎及脓毒症等疾病的治疗。This article summarized the research progress of pharmacological actions and clinical applications of ginseng polysaccharide in recent years.That supplied some information and？references for further exploitation and use. It is argued that the pharmacological actions of ginseng Polysaccharide includes anti-cancer,immunomodulating,antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-fatigue anti-radiation？and reducing？ blood sugar etc.The clinical applications of ginseng Polysaccharide includes the treatment of tumor, diabetes, viral？hepatitis and sepsis etc.
