摘  要:目的:分析实验性自身免疫性甲状腺疾病大鼠血清核转录因子(NF-κB)及其相关因子表达情况。方法:采用实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(experimental autoimmune thyroiditis,EAT)大鼠模型,分为3组:正常对照组,碘剂喂养组和碘剂联合抗原免疫组,比较3组的差异。结果:碘剂喂养组血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(Tg Ab)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(Tm Ab)和甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)水平自第2周逐渐升高,第8周达到高峰(P<0.05)。碘剂联合抗原免疫组血清Tg Ab、Tm Ab和TPOAb水平自第2周开始升高,第8周达到高峰(P<0.05)。碘剂喂养组血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(Tg Ab)、血清甲状腺微粒体抗体(Tm Ab)和血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)虽然低于碘剂联合抗原免疫组,但高于正常对照组(P<0.05);碘剂喂养组血清核转录因子(NF-κB)和血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平自第4周逐渐升高,第6周达到高峰(P<0.05)。碘剂联合抗原免疫组血清NF-κB和TNF-α水平自第2周开始升高,第6周达到高峰并高于碘剂喂养组(P<0.05)。碘剂喂养组血清(NF-κB)和血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)虽然低于碘剂联合抗原免疫组,但高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实验性自身免疫性甲状腺疾病大鼠血清核转录因子(NF-κB)及其相关因子有明显表达。Objective: To study the expression of NF- κB and the related factors in experimental autoimmune thyroid disease in rats. Method: Rats models for the experimental autoimmune thyroiditis were used. The rats were divided into three groups: control group,iodine feeding group and iodine combined antigen groups. We compared the difference among 3 groups. Results: There were the gradual rise of levels of TPOAb,Tm Ab and Tg Ab in serum iodine feeding group at the second week and the peak showed at eighth week. In the serum iodine combined antigen groups,the levels of TPOAb,Tm Ab and Tg Ab were increased at second week,and the peak showed at eighth weeks( P 0. 05). Although in the serum iodine feeding group,Tm Ab,Tg Ab,TPOAb were lower than those iniodine combined antigen groups,they were higher than those in control group( P 0. 05). The levels of NF- κB and TNF- a in the serum iodine feeding group were increased gradually in the forth week,and the peak showed at sixth weeks( P 0. 05). The levels of NF- κB and TNF- a in the serum iodine combined antigen group increased at the second week,and the peak reached at sixth weeks( P 0. 05),higher than those in iodine feeding group.In iodine feeding group,the serum levels of NF- κB and TNF- a were lower than those in iodine combined antigen group. But higher than those in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: There is a positive expression in the rats' serum NF- κB and its related factors in the experimental autoimmune thyroid disease.
