护理干预在老年男性泌尿道手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨老年男性泌尿道手术应用护理干预的优越性。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年1月我院老年男性泌尿道手术76例,随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38),对比两组术后泌尿系感染、尿潴留、红肿压疮、便秘、血栓等不良反应,术后疼痛评分及护理满意度等情况。结果观察组术后泌尿系感染、尿潴留、红肿压疮、便秘、血栓等不良反应均较对照组下降,术后疼痛评分减少,护理满意度增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化、系统化护理干预有效降低老年男性泌尿道手术不良反应发生率。Objective To observe superiority of nursing interventions in application ot geriatric urology men.Methods A total of 76 elderly men experienced urologic operation between January 2013 and January 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into control group（ n = 38） and observation group （ n = 38）. Two groups were in comparison among postoperative urinary infection, urinary retention, swelling pressure ulcers, constipation, thrombus, postoperative pain score and nursing satisfaction and so on. Results Postoperative uri- nary infection, urinary retention, swelling pressure ulcers, constipation, thrombus, postoperative pain score were significantly lower in observation group than in control group, while nursing satisfaction was increased with statistically significant difference（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Standardized and systematic nursing intervention ef- fectively decreased the incidence of untoward effect to geriatric urology men.
