摘  要:文章设计并制作了针对压电振动能量采集器的标准能量采集电路(SEH)及其充放电电路。测试表明,压电振动能量采集器的共振频率大约为76Hz,并且共振状态下的输出电压与振动加速度成线性关系。同时,振动频率、振动加速度、电容以及负载都会对电路输出特性产生影响。在加速度为3m/s2的振动激励下,10m W的红色LED和20m W的蓝色LED被点亮的振动频率范围分别是73-80Hz和74-79Hz。对于相同的LED负载,电容越小,充电时间越短。同时,随着振动加速度的增加,电容器充电时间迅速减小。在加速度为10m/s2且能量采集器在共振状态下工作时,由10m W的LED和50μF的电容构成的充放电电路的充电时间最短,仅为0.548s。A standard energy harvesting(SEH) circuit and charging circuit for piezoelectric vibration energy harvesters were designed and fabricated in this paper. The natural frequency of the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester is about 76 Hz and its output voltage under resonance is linear with the vibration acceleration. Vibration frequency, vibration acceleration, the capacitor and load have a great effect on the performance of the charging circuit. When the vibration acceleration is 3m/s2, the frequency ranges in which the red LED of 10 m W and the blue LED of 20 m W can be lighted by the energy harvester are 73~80Hz and 74~79Hz, respectively. For same LED, the smaller capacitor makes the charging time shorter. And the charging time of the capacitor decreases with the increase of vibration acceleration. The charging time of the circuit with LED of 10 m W and capacitor of 50μF is smallest and is 0.548 s when the energy harvester is under resonance with acceleration of 10m/s2.
