摘　　要：光导型硫化铅红外探测器噪声影响一直以来很困扰,本文简单论述了硫化铅红外探测器的工作原理和噪声类型。在此基础上,介绍了针对不同噪声类型,在器件装配过程中所采取的措施,重点分析有关1/f噪声产生的因素,以及为了达到良好的欧姆接触在工艺中对焊接技术和焊料选择的要求,并通过实践论证了工艺成效。得出合理的结构设计,相应的工艺手段,严格的操作,可控制噪声在可接受范围,从而扩大硫化铅红外探测器在各领域的应用。This paper briefly discusses the photocon Pb S infrared detector noise has been very sleepy infrared detector working principle and types of noise. On this basis,introduces the targeted measures taken in different types of noise, analysis of the 1/f noise device assembly process and to achieve the practice to good ohmic contact in the process of welding technique and the choice of solder requirements art effect. Draw a reasonable structure design,corresponding technics measures, strict operation,control the noise in the acceptable range, so as to extend the application of PbS infrared detector in the field.
