摘  要:针对电子测量领域中微小电阻精确测量的问题,设计了一种高精确度、多量程的智能毫欧计,测量范围0-2KΩ,测量准确度优于0.5%,采用开尔文(Kelvin)四端测量技术,以MSP430微处理器为核心,利用程控恒流源对微小电阻进行测量,设计了高稳定性的恒流源,高精密低噪声的电压放大器,有效消除温漂。实验证明,该测量仪对微小电阻测量具有自动化程度高、测量准确度及精度高、性能稳定等特点。For the problem of small resistance accurate measurement in the field of electronic measurement.It is designed for high precision, multi-range smart milliohm meter.Measuring range 0~2KΩ, measurement accuracy better than 0.1%.Kelvin four-terminal measurement technique is used.MSP430 microprocessor is core. The use of programmable constant current source for small resistance measurement.High stability constant current source and high-precision low-noise voltage amplifier is designed, The temperature drift is eliminated effectively. Experiments show that the measuring instrument for measuring small resistance with a high degree of automation, high measurement accuracy and precision, stable performance characteristics.
