摘 要:用量氢法研究了Pb(NO3 ) 2 、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、六次甲基四胺 ,以及Pb(NO3 ) 2 和这三种有机缓蚀剂的分别组合抑制锌粉腐蚀的缓蚀效果 ,并与Hg的缓蚀效果作比较。实验结果表明 ,所研究的缓蚀剂及其组合对锌粉在碱性溶液中的腐蚀皆有不同程度的缓蚀作用 ,但是Pb(NO3 ) 2 和有机缓蚀剂单独使用时缓蚀效果比Hg差得多。当Pb(NO3 ) 2 和单个缓蚀剂一起使用时 ,缓蚀效果比Hg好得多。这表明 ,Pb(NO3 ) 2 与选用的各种廉价有机缓蚀剂有很强的协同作用。当Pb(NO3 ) 2 和有机缓蚀剂在碱性溶液中同时使用时 ,它们发挥各自的优势 ,弥补对方的不足 。Inhibition effects of Zn corrosion in KOH solution with the inhibitors of Pb(NO 3) 2, dodecylbenzene sulfonate sodium, dodecane sulfate sodium and hexamethyl tetramine were investigated by means of measuring hydrogen method, and were compared to that with Hg inhibitor. The experimental results show that all the inhibitors mentioned above are favorable to inhibit the corrosion of Zn powder in KOH solution with various degree. However, when Pb(NO 3) 2 and the organic inhibitors are used alone, the inhibition effect is far poorer than that of Hg. When Pb(NO 3) 2 is used with one of the organic inhibitors together, the inhibition effect is much better than that of Hg. Therefore, Pb(NO 3) 2 has significant synergism with the selected cheap organic inhibitors. Using inorganic inhibitor Pb(NO 3) 2 cooperated with organic inhibitor together will improve the combined inhibition effect.
