摘  要:目的探索^(14)C尿素呼气试验(UBT)和蛋白芯片抗体(CagA、VacA和Ure)检测诊断Hp感染中的价值。方法 230例患者分别进行^(14)C-UBT和蛋白芯片抗体检测,对结果进行分析。结果 230例患者^(14)C-UBT测定阳性总数100例,阳性率43.4%,^(14)C-UBT阳性患者蛋白芯片抗体阳性总数38例,阳性率38%。230例蛋白芯片抗体阳性总数77例,阳性率33.5%,蛋白芯片抗体阳性患者的^(14)C-UBT阳性数36例,阳性率46.7%。结论本组患者的蛋白芯片抗体、^(14)C呼气试验阳性率低于我国幽门螺旋杆菌平均感染率,说明以上两种方法用于诊断Hp感染的敏感性有待提高。Objective To explore 14C urea breath test (^14 C-UBT) with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) antibody protein chip (CagA, VacA and Ure ) in diagnosis of gastric Hp infection in value. Methods 230 patients were detected by 14C-UBT and antibody protein chip, comparing the results of 2 groups.Results 230 cases of patients with 14C-UBT in determination of the total number of positive for 100 cases, the positive rate of 43.4%, 14C-UBT positive patients with protein chip antibody positive for a total of 38 cases, positive rate 38%. 230 cases of protein chip antibody positive total to 77 cases, positive rate was 33.5%, protein chip anti positive patients with 14C-UBT positive for 36 cases. The positive rate was 46.7%. Conclusions The positive rate of Hp antibody protein chip and laC-UBT in this group of patients, is significantly lower than China average infection rate of Hp, which illustrates that the sensitivity of the above two methods for the diagnosis of Hp infection needs to be improved.
