摘 要:水库和湖泊的锰污染是重要的环境问题之一,研究水库沉积物-水界面可溶性锰的迁移-转化规律及其环境因素的影响,具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。以青岛市王圈水库为例,通过室内模拟实验,系统研究水库沉积物-水界面可溶性锰(包括二价锰和三价锰)、pH、Eh、溶解氧(DO)、溶解性有机碳(DOC)的动态变化规律,并定量分析可溶性锰(Mndiss)与环境因素的相关性。研究表明,浓度梯度是上覆水各层Mndiss和Mn(Ⅲ)迁移扩散的主要驱动力,上覆水和间隙水之间Mndiss和Mn(Ⅲ)存在明显的浓度差;水库底部处于还原环境时,沉积物中Mn氧化物发生还原反应,从而使Mndiss和Mn(Ⅲ)释放出来;间隙水中Mn_(diss)和Mn(Ⅲ)均与pH、Eh和DOC呈现显著性相关,Mndiss与三者的相关系数分别为-0.861、-0.882和-0.934,而Mn(Ⅲ)与三者的相关系数分别为-0.836、-0.671和-0.851。Manganese pollution of reservoirs and lakes is a very serious environmental problem. It is therefore of scientific significance and practical benefit to study the migration and transformation mechanisms of dissolved Mn,and the influences of environmental factors across the sediment-water interface. Wangjuan Reservoir,Qingdao City,was taken as an example,and dynamic changes in dissolved Mn( including Mn( Ⅱ) and Mn( Ⅲ)),pH,Eh,DO,and dissolved organic carbon( DOC) across the sediment-water interface were studied through an indoor simulation experiment. Thus,the correlations of dissolved Mn( Mndiss) and these key environmental factors were quantitatively analyzed. The results show that concentration gradient is the main determinant of Mndissand Mn( Ⅲ) contents in each layer of overlying water,and there are obvious differences in Mndissand Mn( Ⅲ) concentrations between overlying and interstitial water. When reservoir bottom water is in a reducing environment,Mndissand Mn( Ⅲ),which mainly comes from the reduction process of Mn oxides in the sediment,is released from the sediment to the overlying water. The porewater concentrations of both Mndissand Mn( Ⅲ) are significantly correlated with the values of pH,Eh,and DOC. The correlation coefficients of Mndissare-0. 861,-0. 882,and-0. 934,respectively,while those of Mn( Ⅲ) are-0. 836,-0. 671,and-0. 851,respectively.
