摘 要:采用自行设计的超声波/紫外线一体化推流式反应器对污水厂二级出水进行消毒实验,考察了超声波协同紫外线消毒的消毒效率以及对消毒过程对水质和紫外灯管结垢的影响。结果表明:超声波协同紫外线消毒可以强化单独紫外线的消毒效率,且超声波功率密度越大,水力停留时间越长,消毒效果越好;当超声波功率密度为70 W·L-1,水力停留时间60 s时,粪大肠杆菌的对数去除率可以达到3.85 log,比单独紫外消毒增加了40.7%。同时,超声波协同紫外线消毒还可以降低紫外灯管的结垢速率。虽然超声波的引入会对水质(COD、UV254和浊度)产生轻微波动,但是并不影响出水水质。The objective of this study was to evaluate the properties of an all-in-oneself-designed ultrasound and ultraviolet( US / UV) disinfection reactor,with a focus on: 1) Disinfection efficiency; 2) Water quality in the influent and effluent; and 3) Fouling of the UV lamp. We found that US / UV achieved higher disinfection efficiency than UV alone in terms of fecal coliform reduction. Furthermore,disinfection efficiency augmented as a function of increased power density and hydraulic retention time. Using a 70 W·L-1US power density and a 60 s hydraulic retention time,US / UV achieved a 3. 85 log reduction of fecal coliforms,representing a 40. 7% improvement over UV disinfection alone. Moreover,the fouling rate of the UV lamp was lower in US / UV highlighting the positive role played by the US component. The negative effect of US on water quality,chemical oxygen demand( COD),UV254,and turbidity was negligible.
