摘  要:为探究AOSD(automatic oxygen supply device)智能化曝气控制系统在A/O污水处理工艺中应用的有效性,研究了实验组智能化曝气控制的A/O工艺(I-A/O)与对照组连续曝气的A/O工艺(C-A/O)处理生活污水启动期和稳定期的运行情况。结果表明,I-A/O和C-A/O两个系统均能在15 d内达到稳定,I-A/O对COD、NH_4^+-N、TN去除率分别达到89.53%、95.27%和91.48%,C-A/O对COD、NH_4^+-N、TN去除率分别达到90.25%、98.58%和85.64%;I-A/O对TP去除率达到92.08%,而C-A/O无显著除磷效果;第15天I-A/O和C-A/O好氧池内粒径大于10μm的污泥,其粒径分布均符合正态分布;I-A/O比C-A/O日节省鼓风曝气系统电耗52~54%。AOSD是一种有效的智能化曝气控制系统。In order to evaluate the effectiveness of an automatic oxygen supply device( AOSD),an intelligent aeration control system was applied to an A / O sewage treatment process. The operation characteristics of an intelligent aeration controlled A / O process( I-A / O) and continuous aeration A / O process( C-A / O) were investigated for treating sewage during start-up and stable periods. The results showed that,1) The stable phase can be reached in 15 d from both I-A / O and C-A / O. The removal efficiencies of COD,NH3-N,and TN,were89. 53%,95. 27%,and 91. 48%,respectively,with I-A / O; and 90. 25%,98. 58%,and 85. 64%,respectively,with C-A / O; 2) The TP removal efficiency in I-A / O was 92. 08%,while there was no significant removal of TP with C-A / O; 3) The sizes of the flocs were larger than 10 μm in the aerobic zone of I-A / O and C-A / O,and the size distribution fit well the Gaussian function in 15 d; 4) Compared to C-A / O,I-A / O saved about 52 ~54% of power consumption in the aeration system. Therefore,AOSD is effective for aeration control of domestic wastewater treatment.
