摘 要:采用升温迅速的微波能作为热源,利用自主设计微波设备对含水率为82%(m/m)的湿污泥进行高温热解实验。采用单因素实验法,探究热解终温、停留时间、活性炭添加量对污泥热解生物气组分和含量的影响规律,确定连续式运行的最佳工况条件:热解终温900℃,停留时间50 min,活性炭添加比例为30%,热解功率1 600 W;在此基础上进行连续12h微波高温热解实验,共热解污泥56 kg,产生生物气32.26 kg,热解油10.98 kg,固体残渣12.66 kg,产气转化率高达57.8%,生物气组分H_2+CO含量高达67%,热解产物具有良好的工业利用价值。污泥热解生物气中H2S浓度超标10倍以上,而NH_3浓度未超标,硫化氢的去除技术研究值得关注。Microwave energy was used as the heat source for a pilot-scale high-temperature pyrolysis experiment using wet sludge with 82%( m / m) moisture content. The single-factor experiment was used to investigate the effects of final temperature,residence time,and activated carbon content on resulting biosyngas composition and yield. A 12-hour continuous microwave-induced pyrolysis experiment was conducted under the optimum conditions established for continuous operation( pyrolysis temperature 900 ℃,residence time 50 min,active carbon ratio of30% and MW power of 1 600 W). As a result,32. 26 kg of biosyngas,10. 98 kg of liquid oil,and 12. 66 kg of solid residue were produced from 56 kg of sewage sludge. The conversion rate of gas products was as high as 57. 8%,in which the yields of H_2 and CO reached 67%,indicating good potential for industrial utilization. According to the Chinese standard of odor pollutants,the resulting H_2S concentration exceeded 10 times while NH_3 concentration was within the limit. Thus,it should be concerned about the removal technology of H_2S in the pyrolysis biosyngas.
