摘 要:碳基电化学超电容器作为一种新一代储能系统具有广泛的应用前景。组装了双电层电容器 ,直流充放电、循环伏安以及交流阻抗等实验显示其具有良好的电化学性能 ,活性物质的比容量为 173 .2F/g ,在大功率充放电条件下活性物质的比能量大于 5 .0Wh/kg ,同时具有 10 5以上的循环寿命。由电化学电容器与MH Ni电池组成的复合电源系统的脉冲放电性能得到显著改善 。Electrochemical double layer capacitor (EDLC) is playing great roles in R&D of power engineering as a new energy storage device. The porous carbon material developed by our laboratory exhibits perfect physical structure and properties. Its good electrochemical performance were determined by means of DC charge/discharge, cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance analysis. The specific capacitance of active carbon is 173.2 F/g during discharge at 16 mA/cm 2 current density. At large current charge/discharge, the specific energy of active material is more than 5.0 Wh/g, and its cycle life is more than 10 5. The pulse discharge performance of hybrid power system composed by EDLC and Ni MH battery is improved obviously and the system is expected to be applied in mobile communication equipment.
