摘　　要：介绍了陶瓷焊补技术在宝钢焦炉上的应用实践,主要内容包括进行陶瓷焊补前的准备工作、焊补炭化室机焦侧炉头缺陷和炉墙穿孔中的方法以及陶瓷焊补作业结束后炭化室内部的保护性处理工作。陶瓷焊补技术在宝钢的应用,打破了国外炉窑公司对国内焦炉维护技术的封锁,同时该技术能有效解决炭化室机焦侧炉头缺陷、炉墙窜漏等问题,稳定炭化室炉墙的状态,延缓炉墙穿孔的时间,提高焦炉使用寿命,也增加了焦炭产量。The application of ceramic welding technology in coke oven in Baosteel was introduced,which mainly included the preparatory work,the head defects in the wall of carbonization chamber,the method of repairing hole and some processing work after the ceramic welding.By applying the technology of ceramic welding in Baosteel,the blockade of foreign for the maintenance of coke oven was broken,and the defects of the coke side of the chamber and the leakage of the furnace wall were efficiently resolved,which can make the state of the wall of carbonization chamber stable,postpone the time of repairing hole and improve the service life of the coke oven and output of coke.
