摘 要:借鉴电石冶炼中"碳化焦球"技术,提出"碳化焦球"用于一步法生产硅钙合金新工艺。理论分析表明,碳化焦球可以减少硅酸钙炉渣与碳化硅的生成,从而解决炉渣下沉造成炉底上涨的生产难题。同时,碳化焦球可以促进石灰生成电石,从而提高熔池炉渣中电石质量分数,降低炉渣密度,提高炉渣熔点,有利于渣金分离和熔池温度提高。该项技术用于生产实践还需要在碳化焦球制备、炉料配比以及冶炼工艺与设备参数上进行深入研究,以获得最佳冶炼效果。A new process for producing silicon-calcium alloy in one-step by using carbonized coke balls was proposed,which imitated the " carbonized coke balls" technology in the production of calcium carbide.Theoretical analysis showed that carbonized coke balls can reduce the formation of calcium silicate slag and silicon carbide so as to solve the problem of bottom rising caused by the sinking of the slag.At the same time,carbonized coke balls can promote the lime to generate the calcium carbide,thus increased the ratio of calcium carbide in the molten pool,reduced the density of the slag and increased the melting point of the slag,which can be beneficial to the separation of slag and metal and increasing the temperature of the molten pool.Before the technology was applied to the production,the further study of preparation of carbonized coke balls,charge ratio,smelting process and equipment parameters was needed to obtain the best smelting results.
