摘 要:以聚醚胺(D230)为固化剂、生物基ESO(环氧大豆油)为EP(环氧树脂)的增韧剂,探讨了不同ESO掺量对EP固化物增韧效果的影响。研究结果表明:当固化温度为250℃时,EP中的环氧基反应完全,而ESO中的环氧基只有部分参与反应;随着ESO掺量的增加,ESO增韧EP固化物的拉伸强度呈先升后降态势,断裂伸长率则随之不断增大;当w(ESO)=15%(相对于EP质量而言)时,ESO增韧EP固化物的断裂伸长率为115%,拉伸断面呈典型的韧性断裂特征,并且热稳定性基本不变。With polyether amine (D230) as curing agent, and biobased ESO (epoxidized soybean oil) as product were investigated. The research results showed that the epoxy groups in EP were completely reacted, but the epoxy groups in ESO were partly reacted when curing temperature was 250 ℃. The tensile strength had the trend of rise-fall and the elongation at break was continually increased with increasing ESO content for the ESO toughened EP cured product. The elongation at break of ESO toughened EP cured product was 115%, and its tensile fracture had a typical ductile fracture characteristic, and its thermal stability was basically unchanged when mass fraction of ESO was 15% in EP.
