摘 要:采用多次成核法合成了高固含量(为70%左右)、低黏度(小于1 000 m Pa·s)的保护膜用乳液型PSA(压敏胶),并探讨了共聚单体、乳化剂、引发剂及种子乳液掺量对丙烯酸酯乳液型PSA的黏度、聚合稳定性、初粘力、剥离强度及耐湿热老化性能等影响。研究结果表明:含羧基和羟基的功能单体对乳液的黏度和聚合稳定性影响较大;补加乳化剂并采用2次成核法,可明显降低乳液的黏度、提高乳液的聚合稳定性;当w(引发剂)=0.4%(相对于单体总质量而言)、w(种子乳液)=2%(相对于预乳化液总质量而言)时,乳液型PSA的综合性能相对最好,并且完全满足保护膜的使用要求。The emulsion type PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) for protective film with high solid content (about 70% ) and low viscosity (less than 1 000 mPa· s) was synthesized by many times nucleation polymerization, and the influences of some factors (such as comonomer, emulsifier, initiator and seed emulsion contents) on viscosity, polymerization stability, initial tack, peeling strength and damp-heat aging resistance of acrylate emulsion type PSA were discussed. The research results showed that the influences of functional monomers with carboxyl or hydroxyl on viscosity and polymerization stability of emulsion were larger. The viscosity of emulsion could be obviously decreased and the polymerization stability of emulsion could be obviously increased by replenishing emulsifier and two times nucleation polymerization. The emulsion type PSA had the relatively best combination property, and could completely meet the application requirements of the protective film when mass fractions of initiator and seed emulsion were 0.4% in total monomers and 2% in total pre-emulsion respectively.
