摘 要:分析了HPL(浸渍纸高压装饰层积板)、胶合板基材以及贴面胶合板的尺寸变化率随样品含水率变化的规律,探讨了不同因素对HPL的拉伸强度、耐开裂性和贴面胶合板的耐浸渍剥离性能等影响。研究结果表明:HPL和胶合板基材的尺寸变化率不同是导致贴面胶合板开裂的基本原因,前者的尺寸变化率是后者的2~3倍;HPL与胶合板基材的界面胶接强度较差、贴面胶合板的使用环境温湿度变化较大,是导致贴面胶合板开裂的主要原因。The rule of size change rate of samples with changing moisture content of samples[such as HPL (impregnated paper high-pressure decorative laminated board), plywood substrate and veneered plywood] was analysed, and the influences of different factors on tensile strength and cracking resistance of HPL, and dipping and peeling resistance of veneered plywood were discussed. The research results showed that the difference in the size change rates of HPL and plywood substrate was the basic cause of the cracking of veneered plywood, the size change rate of the former was 2-3 times of the latter. The some factors (such as the poor interface bonding strength between HPL and plywood substrate, and larger change in ambient temperature and relative humidity at using veneered plywood) were the main cause of the cracking of veneered plywood.
