摘 要:利用加压水洗提纯沼气小试实验装置,研究了进水流量、进气流量、吸收压力和吸收温度对沼气加压水洗脱碳过程中CO2去除率、CH4回收率和CO2饱和度等参数的影响。结果表明:增大吸收压力和降低吸收温度可显著提升加压水洗脱碳效果,增大进水流量和减小进气流量可以提高CO2去除率和产品气的纯度;CO2去除率越高,CH4回收率和产气率越低;当进水流量为100 m L/min、进气流量为800 m L/min、吸收温度为10℃、吸收压力为0.8~1.0 MPa时,产品气中的CO2含量可控制在3%以下,能够满足车用压缩天然气技术标准的要求。Using a laboratory-scale experimental device of biogas upgrading with high pressure water scrubbing, the effects of water inflow, gas inflow, absorption pressure and absorption temperature on CO_2 removal rate, CH4 recovery rate and CO_2 saturation level were studied. The results showed that increasing absorption pressure and decreasing absorption temperature could significantly improve the CO_2 removal performance of the high pressure water scrubbing. And the increase of water inflow and the decrease of gas inflow rate could increase CO_2 removal rate and purity of gas product. The higher CO_2 removal rate was, the higher CH4 recovery rate and gas production rate were. With an operating condition of water inflow 100 m L/min, gas inflow 800 m L/min, absorption pressure 0.8 ~1.0 MPa and absorption temperature 10 ℃, the CO_2 concentration in the gas product could be controlled below 3%,which could meet the technical standard of compressed natural gas for vehicle fuel.
