摘　　要：职业风险是大学生就业选择时所考虑的重要因素之一。"医闹"事件频发,给医学生就业选择造成了困惑。通过调查发现医学生的年级、专业、是否亲历"医闹"对医学生就业选择有着显著影响。因此,需通过进一步加强医学生医学人文教育、就业择业引导、完善相关制度建设等途径,降低"医闹"事件对医学生就业选择的负面影响。Occupational risk is one of the important factors in college students＇employment choice. Frequent medical troubles cause confusion to the employment choice of medical students. Through investigation, the paper found that medical students ＇ grades, specialties, experience in medical troubles had significant effects on their employment choice. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the negative impact of medical troubles on medical students＇ employment choice by strengthening the medical humanities education, employment guidance, the correct orientation of the media role to play in medical troubles, the popularization of medical knowledge and improving the system construction, etc.
