自拟解郁活血汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟解郁活血汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效与安全性。方法:94例卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组45例,在给予脑卒中常规治疗的基础上,对照组服用氟西汀片,治疗组服用自拟解郁活血汤,疗程均为30d。治疗前后分别对2组进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)的评分。结果:治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,HAMD评分明显降低(P<0.05),BI则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:自拟解郁活血汤的临床疗效优于对照组,且无副作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To explore clinical effect and security of Zini jieyuhuo- xuetang （ 自拟解郁活血汤） on de- pression after stroke. Methods：94 patients were consistent with the diagnostic criteria of depression after stroke, who were randomly divided into two groups including Zini jieyuhuo- xuetang treatment group （ n=49 ） and Fluoxetine con-trol group （ n=45 ） for 30 days.At the same time, They were both given routine treatment about cerebral infarction.The related indexes of Hamilton depression rating scale （ HAND ） and Barthel index scales for ability of daily life （ BI ） were observed before and after treatment.Results ： HAND on the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group and and BI on the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） after treatment. Conclusion ： Because of better clinical effect and no side effect of Zini jieyuhuo- xuetang, which is worthy of clinical use.
