倒悬牵引推拿法结合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察倒悬牵引推拿法结合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :将68例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各34例,治疗组采用倒悬牵引推拿法结合中药熏蒸治疗,对照组单用倒悬牵引推拿法进行治疗,观察治疗2周后2组患者的疗效。结果 :治疗2周后,治疗组有效率85.29%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗1周、2周VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:倒悬牵引推拿法结合中药熏蒸能较快缓解患者疼痛,降低症状及体征积分,有效提高腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果。Objective： To observe the effect of suspension traction massage method combine with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： 68cases with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into the control and the treatment control group, 34 cases in each groups. Suspension traction massage method combine with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was used in the treatment group. Meanwhile, just suspension traction massage method was used in the control group. The effect was observed after two weeks treatment. Results： The total effect rate was 85.29% which was obviously higher than 79.41% in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 1 week and 2 weeks, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Suspension traction massage method com- bine with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can quickly relieve pain, reduce symptoms and signs points, effec- tively improve the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
