摘 要:目的改进兔股骨牵张成骨模型中牵张器的结构,评估应用该牵张器建立动物模型的效果。方法取16只新西兰兔,采用改进后的兔股骨牵张器,建立兔股骨牵张成骨动物模型并观察其效果。结果改进并优化股骨牵张器的固定及牵张模式,设计新型股骨牵张器;取16只新西兰兔,采用改进后的兔股骨牵张器,建立兔股骨牵张成骨动物模型,观察其固定的稳定性,分别于牵张当天、牵张期第3周、牵张后固定期第2、4周进行X线检查,评估其牵张效果。结论改进型牵张器结构简单、轻便,操作简便,固定牢固,牵张效果明确,适用于建立兔股骨牵张成骨模型。Objective To improve the apparatus of rabbit femur osteogenesis model and evaluate the effect in the establishment of animal model.Methods We improved and optimized the fixation and distraction mode of femoral traction device.And a new type of femoral traction device was designed.The improved femoral distraction osteogenesis apparatus were applied to femurs of 16 New Zealand rabbitsThe fixation stability was osberved.X-ray examination was taken in 1st day and 3rd week of distraction period,second and 4th week after distraction,to evaluate the effect of distraction osteogenesis.Results All improved distractor can rigid fixed on rabbit femur and distraction could be precisely managed.The effect was ideal to improve distractor on rabbit femur distraction osteogenesis.Conclusion This improved distraction osteogenesis apparatus is a kind device with the advantages as simple structure,light-weight,easier to operate,firm fixation,and clear pulling effect It can be applied to establish rabbit femur distraction osteogenesis model
