摘 要:无轴承永磁薄片电机悬浮力数学模型的精确与否直接影响其稳定悬浮运行的性能,因此,建立精确的悬浮力数学模型,是实现其高精度运行控制的前提条件。论文在介绍无轴承永磁薄片电机转子悬浮原理的基础上,推导了转矩绕组和悬浮力绕组在两相静止和两相旋转坐标系下的精确电感模型,并利用此精确电感模型在计及转子偏心的条件下建立了无轴承永磁薄片电机较为完整的径向悬浮力数学模型,最后设计了相应的数字控制系统进行实验研究。实验结果表明:该方法建立的控制系统悬浮力控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,系统具有良好的动、静态性能。The accuracy of mathematical modeling of a bearingless permanent magnet slice motor (BPMSM) affects its performance of stable operation directly. Thus, it's indispensable for BPMSM's high-precision oper- ation to establish a precise mathematical model of radial suspension force. In this paper, the suspension principle of the BPMSM was introduced, then the accurate inductance models in both 2-phase stator coordi- nates and 2-phase rotor synchronous coordinates were deduced. Based on the accurate inductance model and taking rotor eccentricity into account, a complete and precise mathematical model of radial suspension force of the BPMSM was obtained. Finally, the corresponding experimental platform of digital control system was designed, and the experiments were carried out on a 4 kW prototype of BPMSM. The experimental results show that the control system designed by using this method has high control accuracy of suspension force, strong capability of resisting disturbance, and good static and dynamic performance.
