环锭细纱机电锭专用驱动无刷直流电机工作特性研究

摘  要:为降低电锭细纱机的研制成本,在提出主从式电锭控制系统的基础上,研究电锭细纱机专用驱动无刷直流电机的工作特性。对此,经过优化无刷直流电机的电磁性能,利用Matlab数值建模,最后实验仿真得出了电机的滞后导通角及其效率与电机负载的关系。结果显示电机驱动系统整体效率最高可达91.27%,负载差异80%内仍能保证较好的同步特性,滞后角度小于30°电角度。实验结果表明了无刷直流电机用于电锭细纱机驱动系统的优势。To reduce development costs of ring spinning frame, this paper studied the performance characteristics of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) for exclusively driving ring spinning frame based on a master-slave control system in electric spindle. In this and used Matlab for numerical modeling. tween motor lagging regard, this paper optimized electromagnetic properties of BLDCM, Finally, the experimental simulation showed the relationship be- angle as well as efficiency and motor loads. The results show the highest overall efficiency can reach 91. 27 percent, still ensure better synchronous characteristic within 80 percent of different loads and lagging angle less than 30 degrees. It shows the advantages of BLDCM for driving ring spinning frame.
