摘 要:针对无刷直流电机存在换相转矩脉动的问题,提出一种抑制无刷直流电机换相转矩脉动的预测电流控制策略。文中首先基于无刷直流电机的数学模型分析了换相转矩脉动产生的原理;然后在电流预测控制策略的思想上结合重叠换相的方法,控制开通相和关断相的电流变化率相等,同时结合基于检测换相电流变化率的预测电流补偿方法,从而使非换相相电流保持不变,达到抑制换相转矩脉动的目的;最后通过仿真和实验验证了控制策略的可行性和有效性。A new predictive current control strategy was proposed to suppress the commutation torque ripple in brushless DC motor. In this paper, the principle of the commutation torque ripple was analyzed firstly, and then a method of combining the theory of the current predictive control strategy with the method of over- lapping was proposed to guarantee equal between current decline rate of shutdown phase and current rising rate of opening phase during commutation. At the same time, combined predictive current compensation method based on the detection of the change rate of commutation current, thus, the current of un - commuta- tion was kept stable. The control strategy was designed to achieve the purpose of suppressing the commuta- tion torque ripple. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy were verified by simulation and experiments.
