摘 要:以2 MW风机轮毂为研究对象,通过将轮毂的球墨铸铁改变为铸钢,依据球墨铸铁轮毂的有限元分析结果以及铸钢的特性,重新制定6个设计方案来达到减重目的。采用分析软件ANSYS Workbench和风载荷计算软件GH Bladed,利用极限载荷对6个设计方案进行强度校核及模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:综合考虑轮毂的最大等效应力以及减轻质量的比例,设计方案3在6个设计方案中最大等效应力小,质量减少17.3%,相比球墨铸铁轮毂净质量减轻3 121 kg。模态分析结果表明:铸钢轮毂的固有频率比球墨铸铁轮毂的固有频率低,但远远大于叶轮的转动频率,在此激励频率下不会产生共振。Taking 2 MW wind turbine hub as research object, in order to reduce the mass, the hub material was changed from nodular cast iron to cast steel, and six structure design schemes were established base on the character of cast steel and the analysis result of the nodular east iron hub. By using the analysis software Workbench ANSYS and the load calculation software Bladed GH, the strength of the six design schemes was checked using the limit load, and the modal analysis of the schemes was carded out. The results of static analysis show that, considering the maximum equivalent stress and reducing the mass of the wheel hub, the design scheme 3 has the smallest equivalent stress, and the quality is reduced by 17.3% in the 6 design scheme, net mass decreases 3 121 kg compared with the ductile iron hub. The modal analysis results show that the inherent frequency of the cast steel hub is lower than that of the ductile iron hub, but it is much larger than the rotational frequency of the impeller, it won't produce resonance under the incentive.
